We are seeking an organised and methodical individual to provide administrative support across finance, HR, and compliance, ensuring accurate data and adherence to company procedures and ISO standards (Further training will be provided).

- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Comfortable working with data and systems
- Able to follow and maintain structured processes
- Good communication skills
Desirable
- Experience with Xero or similar finance systems
- Exposure to HR administration
- Experience working with documented procedures or compliance
- ISO experience desirable but not required (training provided)

Main tasks of job:
Administration
- Manage day to day administrative tasks
- Maintain digital records and ensure company procedures are followed.
Microsoft 365 (Key Requirement, further training provided)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills essential (tested during recruitment)
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment administration
- Ensure HR processes are kept up to date
Finance Administration
- Assist with invoicing, credit control, and financial record keeping
- Maintain data in systems such as Xero
- Liaise with suppliers and external accountants
Compliance & ISO Support (Training will be provided)
- Maintain company policies and procedures
- Support ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 implementation
- Ensure processes are followed and audit-ready
- Identify and flag gaps or improvements
Data & Systems
- Maintain accurate and secure business data
- Manage information across CRM and internal systems
- Support reporting and tracking using Excel

Pay: £29,074.50 per year
