We're looking for an organised and reliable Accounts Administrator to join our Belfast office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, has a good eye for detail and wants to build a long-term career in a growing company.
What you'll be doing
- Processing supplier invoices and managing accounts payable
- Preparing payment runs and ensuring invoices are paid on time
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any queries
- Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero
- Assisting with month-end finance tasks
- Supporting the wider team with general office administration when required
- Preparing reports and documentation for audits
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to keep everything running smoothly
What we're looking for
We're more interested in finding the right person than someone who ticks every box. If you're organised, reliable and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
Ideally you'll have:
- Experience in an accounts, finance or office administration role
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Xero or another accounting package would be an advantage, but full training will be provided
