Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through targeted outreach, primarily focusing on landlords and vendors. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, introducing our services
- Identify potential leads through research and outreach strategies
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they align with target customer profiles
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status within CRM software such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to optimise lead generation efforts
Requirements
- Proven interest in telemarketing roles is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
