We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Chambers and Legal 500 ranked Family team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to fee earners in the team.
Key duties and responsibilities include:

Managing diaries

Opening files
-
Liaising with third parties
-
Taking incoming/making outgoing calls to process new enquiries for the department

Completing attendance notes for all calls and making sure they are logged on the relevant client file

Providing support across the department, as and when required

Creating bundles
Requirements

Good administrative and literacy skills

The ability to understand and discuss complex legal situations with clients and fee earners
