Key Responsibilities
As an Events Assistant, you will:
- Represent client brands at promotional events and retail campaigns.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create engaging customer experiences.

- Promote products, services, and current campaigns with confidence and professionalism.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication.
- Support the setup, presentation, and organisation of event spaces.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of events and campaigns.
