Our client are currently looking to permanently hire two new Site Operatives to work as members of the Glasshouse Operations team.
Glasshouse / Horticulture experience is preferred but not essential. The role involves practical and varied site work within the horticultural engineering / construction environment, and would involve working on site Monday - Friday across the UK and Europe as required on an interesting array of projects.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals from the horticultural industry or translatable industries and skills to add real value to the Glasshouse site team and gain key experience from an industry leading company.
Key skills and attributes that we are looking for include Health & Safety conversant, practically minded with proven hand skills within a relatable trade, reliable, trustworthy, able to think on their feet, flexible at work and a solid team member to name but a few.
