We’re looking for F&B Team Members to join our team and help deliver a welcoming, high-quality experience for every guest.
The Role
This is a hands-on role working across our hotel operation.
One moment you’ll be supporting restaurant service,
the next working in a busy bar or helping at a wedding or event.
No two shifts are the same — but every shift is about great service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting service across restaurant, bar and events
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Creating a friendly and welcoming guest experience
- Handling guest queries confidently and professionally
- Working with the kitchen to keep service running smoothly
- Supporting stock, deliveries and cash handling
- Keeping service areas clean, organised and well-presented
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need loads of experience — attitude matters most.
We’re looking for people who:
- Stay calm during busy periods
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Have a positive, friendly approach
- Take pride in great service
- Are reliable and willing to learn
Experience in hotels, restaurants, or events is helpful but not essential.

This role involves the sale of alcohol. Applicants must be able to meet the legal licensing requirements for this aspect of the role.

Pay: £12.75 per hour

- Gretna Green, Dumfries and Galloway: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
