Little Acorns Day Nursery is a small, friendly, family-owned nursery in Catford caring for up to 32 children per day. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team and help create inspiring learning experiences for our children.
We pride ourselves on providing a warm, nurturing environment where children, families and staff feel welcomed, supported and valued.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building strong, caring relationships with children and their families
- Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
- Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Observing, assessing and recording children's progress
- Acting as a key person for a group of children
- Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
- Supporting children's independence, confidence and curiosity
- Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety
What We're Looking For
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Experience working within an early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, caring and professional attitude
A genuine passion for supporting children's development
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
