What You’ll Be Doing as a Care Assistant
- Support service users with their physical, personal, and emotional needs.
- Observing and reporting changes in health or behavior to nurses..
- Monitor progress and review needs.
- Helping residents move safely!
- Encouraging participation in activities and social events.
- Updating care records and logs.
- Communicating resident needs or changes to the nursing team.
What We’re Looking For.
- 6 months’ paid experience in a healthcare setting.
- NISCC registered
- Driving License
- Willing to complete an Access NI check
- Genuine compassion and empathy for others.
- Excellent communication skills
- A great team player who can also work independently
