Role Summary
An opportunity to join a London-based Employment team hiring at Associate (3-5 PQE) and Senior Associate level (5-10 PQE), with a clear pathway to partnership . You will advise on a broad mix of employment matters in a supportive, high-trust environment that values cultural fit, balanced hours and long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise employer clients across a varied employment caseload, building breadth that keeps the work interesting and commercially relevant
- Handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, strengthening your all-round capability and long-term career options
- Partner closely with colleagues across the wider professional services group to deliver joined-up solutions for clients
- Get involved in business development activities as you progress, developing the skills needed for senior progression without needing an existing following
- Represent the firm at networking events and international initiatives aligned to global client teams, gaining exposure beyond the UK market
Requirements
- Qualified Employment Solicitor (Associate level or Senior Associate level)
- Experience across a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work
- Strong cultural alignment - down to earth, no ego, collaborative, with high standards of honesty and integrity
- Able to work hybrid - 3 days in the office (London), 2 days from home
