Experienced Residential Conveyancer (Remote) – Immediate Start - Fully Remote | Flexible Hours | Competitive Salary
JCC Legal is a specialist residential conveyancing firm seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our growing team for an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and highly capable conveyancer who can independently manage a busy caseload of approximately 50 live residential sale and purchase matters, with a particular focus on freehold and leasehold transactions.

The Role
You will take responsibility for a mixed caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, handling matters with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent client care standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of circa 50 ongoing residential conveyancing matters
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from instruction to completion
- Reviewing title documentation, searches and contract packs
- Raising and responding to enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers, lenders and solicitors
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and lender requirements
- Proactively progressing matters and resolving issues to avoid delays
- Providing clear and regular updates to clients throughout the transaction
About You
We're looking for an experienced conveyancer who is comfortable handling files independently and thrives in a remote working environment.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' residential conveyancing experience
- Proven experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
- Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Qualified by experience, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor considered
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and manage competing priorities
