This would suit a person who wants part-time work in the morning. Preparing and serving plated breakfasts. From 7 am until approximately 11 am, 5-7 days a week.
We have a very high standard of cleanliness, so applicants need to be willing to be hands-on to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. You will have the benefit of being able to move up through your role as you gain experience and expertise.

- Preparing and cooking breakfasts for our restaurant of up to 60 people.
- Preparing meal ingredients, washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits for the day's service.
- Receiving deliveries and stock rotation
- Looking after fresh food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers
- Performing cleaning duties.
