Door Person - Luxury Hotel
We are currently looking for a professional and personable Door Person for our client in Windsor. As Door Person, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel, providing a warm welcome and ensuring an exceptional first impression. You will assist guests with luggage, offer local knowledge and support the Front Office team in delivering outstanding customer service throughout the guest journey.

The Person
The Door Person will have:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role preferred
- A warm, friendly and professional personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Confidence engaging with guests from around the world
- Good knowledge of the local area or a willingness to learn
- A smart and professional appearance
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
