Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the site. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous cleaning experience or those looking to develop their skills within the cleaning industry. Applicants must be reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Monday to Friday 5pm till 7pm
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, washrooms, and communal areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
- Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, switches, and fixtures
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and cleaning products as needed
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Maintain organised storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills and time management abilities
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to health and safety regulations
