We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our Day Services team, supporting young people with learning disabilities.
This is not a typical care role.
You will be supporting young people to access meaningful activities in the community, build independence, and develop confidence through experiences they enjoy.
From days out and creative activities to life skills and social engagement, your role is to help make each day purposeful and positive.

- Building positive, trusting relationships
- Promoting choice, dignity, and inclusion
- Providing consistent, person-centred support

What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge
- Calm, patient, and non-judgemental approach especially in tough moments
- A positive, energetic personality with a flair for fun and a playful approach to any situation!
- Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a supportive team
- Flexible, proactive, and resilient ready for the unexpected
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development
- A Health & Social Care qualification is desirable (or willingness to train)
- A driving licence or reliable transport
