The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team at the service desk of our busy vehicle workshop.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, ideally within a commercial vehicle environment. Good organisation skills and someone up for a challenge.
Knowledge of our Data Management System, CDK/Keyloop would be an advantage, though not essential, as full training will be provided.
The role is mainly customer facing and involves:
- Dealing with customer enquires either in person or via the telephone.
- Booking in vehicles to the workshop and mobile service vans.
- Explaining the repair process as required.
- Obtaining order numbers from customers/lease companies when required.
- Selling additional products and services when required.
- Call Handling and dealing with general enquires.
The Person
- Ideally, Previous experience in a service advisor or similar role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Team player and great interpersonal skills.
- A reliable and committed individual.
- Organised and able to multitask in a fast pace working environment.
- Ability to work IT systems is a must.
- A valid driver’s licence is preferred.
