Main Responsibilities:
This role has been designed to support the Regional Operation Manager and assist Home Managers in the delivery of a high quality service. They are accountable for the commercial and clinical success of each Home in their region.

Knowledge, Training and Experience:
- Substantial knowledge of regulatory standards and associated regulations
- Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005
- A broad-based knowledge of current sector trends.
- Evidence of ability to network, establish and maintain relationships with LA’s/CCG/CQC
- Budget and resource management skills
- Ability to lead a team and engage staff
- Qualified Nurse with current PIN
- Strong analytical skills to identify key strengths in practice, emerging themes, training needs, service improvement and other key messages.
- Experience of robust audit processes
