Salaried GP Job, Rural Lincolnshire – 4-6 Sessions Available
Soka Partners are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and supportive dispensing practice located in rural Lincolnshire. The practice has a patient list size of approximately 8,000 patients and offers an excellent opportunity for a Salaried GP seeking strong team support, continuity of care, and a genuine work-life balance.
The Practice
- Located in rural Lincolnshire
- Established dispensing practice operating across two sites
- Practice list size of approximately 8,000 patients

The Role
- 4-6 sessions a week available, flexible on days
- Manageable workload of 24 patient contacts per day with 15 minute appointments
- Mixture of face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
- Opportunity to manage both acute and chronic conditions
- Home visits only where clinically appropriate
- Supportive multidisciplinary working environment

Package & Benefits
- £10,000-£11,000 per session, per annum

Essential Requirements
- GMC Registered as a General Practitioner
- On the NHS Performers List
- Right to work in the UK
