Park Hall Hotel & Spa is currently looking to recruit enthusiastic and professional Level 3 Spa Therapists to join our growing Spa & Leisure team.
We are ideally looking to recruit multiple therapists who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality treatments within a luxury spa environment.
The Role
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering professional spa and beauty treatments while ensuring excellent customer service at all times. You will play an important role in creating a relaxing and welcoming experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of spa and beauty treatments to a high standard
- Carry out guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within treatment rooms and spa areas
- Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and fully stocked
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Spa department
- Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous spa or salon experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional and friendly approach
- Passion for wellbeing and guest care
- Flexible to work weekends and shifts as required
