Essential Criteria
- NMC or HCPC Registered Healthcare Professional
- Minimum 1 year post-registration clinical experience
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- IT competent with good typing ability
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Experience working with a range of complex health conditions
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting telephone and face-to-face assessments
- Evaluating how health conditions impact daily living and functional ability
- Producing detailed, evidence-based clinical reports
- Working in a hybrid model – home and assessment centre
