BabyBallers Hove are excited to be growing our team and are currently seeking a Head Coach over the summer period and possibly beyond.
Head Coach specification:
An extraverted and entertaining performer who is able to efficiently run footballing sessions amongst excitable groups of children.
As a BabyBallers head coach, you will have the opportunity to combine your entertainment skills with your love for nurturing children, delivering engaging and interactive sessions.
If you believe you could be an enthusiastic, reliable and organised head coach or assistant, we'd love to hear from you to join our team in Hove on a self-employed basis.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering or assisting with fun-filled football sessions to children aged 16 months to 5 years old in Hove.
- Engaging and inspiring children through imaginative play and creative coaching techniques.
- Developing fundamental motor skills, coordination, and confidence in young players.
- Creating a safe and inclusive environment where all children can thrive.
- Building positive relationships with children and their parents/guardians.
Requirements:
- Experience in entertainment is ideal but not mandatory - as long as you have the personality, we can teach you everything else.
- A genuine passion for working with children and an ability to connect with them.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow program guidelines.
- Prior football experience is not mandatory but is a plus.
- DBS will be required.
- Reliable transport options, or drivers license and own vehicle (unless close to location)
