The Role
We’re looking for a confident and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our client base through B2B outreach and relationship building.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, speaking with business owners and promoting our website design and digital marketing services, taking them all the way through to signing the contract and getting their project approved before handing over to the development team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales (Primary Focus):
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and engage with small and medium-sized business owners
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements
- Present our services in a clear, jargon-free, benefit-led way
- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Close deals and onboard new clients
Marketing Support:
- Assist with campaign ideas (email, social media, local outreach)
- Follow up on inbound enquiries and website leads
- Help maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
- Provide feedback on common client needs and competitor activity
What You’ll Be Selling
You’ll be promoting a straightforward, high-value service offering, including:
- WordPress website design
- Website hosting & support (UK-based, same-day help)
- SEO services (on-site, off-site, technical and content strategy)
- Google Ads & digital marketing support
- No contracts, full client ownership
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or B2B marketing preferred
- Confident on the phone and in written communication
- Able to explain technical services in simple terms
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Organised and comfortable using CRM systems
- Interest in digital marketing or websites (training provided)

Pay: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
