Acorn by Synergie is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition and expand our recruitment footprint across our Northern region.
This is a dedicated sales role, focused solely on opening doors, winning new business, and building long-term client partnerships. You'll be supported by an experienced delivery team, allowing you to focus on what you do best; generating revenue and growing market share.
The successful candidate can be based in the North West, Midlands or North Wales.

Proven success in new business sales within recruitment or B2B sales (within a service industry).

A strong track record of winning new clients and revenue generation.

Confident, credible and commercially astute.

Resilient, driven and comfortable operating in a target-led environment.

Passion for building relationships and creating long-term value.

Full UK driving licence (essential).
