Representing the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of their visit.
Speak clearly, distinctly and with a friendly, courteous tone. Use listening skills to put callers at ease and obtain accurate, complete information. Answer incoming calls and direct them to guest rooms through the telephone console or to hotel personnel or departments.
Respond to communications from guests and travel agents concerning reservations arriving by email, telephone or through a central reservation system. Create and maintain reservation records, prepare letters of confirmation and promptly process any cancellations and modifications.
Welcome our guests in a friendly manner, assign rooms, accommodate special requests whenever possible, and assist guests filling in their registration cards.
Receive payments from guests accounts at check-out. Also ensure hotel charges are processed diligently to guest's accounts.
Pre-Requisites
*Well-presented, organised, self-motivated;
*Good communication skills;
*Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure;
*Knowledge of Opera Property Management System is a bonus.
Shift patterns:
Early Shift: 7am to 3.30pm
Late Shift: 3pm to 11.30pm
