- Installation: Install and commission our exceptional range of Titan Fibre Lasers at customer sites.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on our laser systems with a strong emphasis on electrical and mechanical principles.
- Technical Support: Provide help desk support to assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
We’re seeking candidates who can demonstrate:
- A customer-focused mindset, with a friendly and professional approach.
- A strong commitment to safe working practices.
- An excellent understanding of electrical principles, drive systems, and the mechanical aspects relevant to fibre laser systems.
- Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK as part of this field-based role.
- Previous experience in fibre laser systems is highly desirable but not essential, as full training on our systems will be provided.
- Strong technical aptitude and a solid background in engineering.
- A valid UK driving license is required for this role.
