As a Design Resource Planner at Foster + Partners, you will play a pivotal role in forecasting, coordinating and managing design resources across a large portfolio of global projects. Working closely with studios, design teams and the wider Management Group, you’ll ensure that project needs are clearly mapped, resources are allocated efficiently and design programmes are well-planned to support the successful delivery of work across the practice.

Prepare design team resource forecasts to support fee proposals and potential bids.
- Work collaboratively with senior partners, finance and HR on global project planning.
- Produce and maintain outline and detailed design programmes for proposals.
- Support the allocation of architectural and design resources across ongoing projects.
- Contribute to a team responsible for planning accuracy, efficiency and cross studio coordination.

Experience preparing resource forecasts within the construction or design consultancy sectors.
- Strong understanding of design, tender, procurement and construction processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and accurate approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
- Calm, resilient organisation skills when managing multiple demands and deadlines.
- Proficiency with relevant software such as Powerproject and Excel.
- Desirable: experience in project planning or within design, architecture or engineering environments.
