About the Role
R Bonsall Resin Driveways & Outdoor Surfaces is looking for an experienced Resin Bound Overlayer / Installer to join our growing team.
This is not a general groundwork position.
We are looking for someone with proven hands-on experience installing resin bound surfaces who can confidently mix, lay, trowel and finish resin to a high standard.
A large proportion of our work involves overlaying, so previous experience carrying out resin bound overlays is highly desirable.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and shares our company values of teamwork, reliability, professionalism and attention to detail.
Main Duties
- Installing resin bound driveways, patios and pathways
- Mixing, laying and finishing resin bound systems
- Carrying out resin bound overlays
- Preparing surfaces ready for installation
- Working as part of a professional team
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship on every project
Essential Requirements
✔ Proven resin bound installation experience
✔ Confident mixing, laying, trowelling and finishing resin bound systems
✔ Ability to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Able to meet our company vehicle insurance requirements
✔ Reliable, punctual and hardworking
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Team player with a positive attitude
Desirable
- Experience with resin bound overlays
- Groundworks experience
- Mini digger licence/ticket
