We’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical biased maintenance engineering to join a growing team responsible for installation and maintenance of mid / large commercial plant rooms across facilities in London.
What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out planned maintenance on mechanical plant equipment - pumps, valves, heat exchangers, chp's, boilers, chillers, HVAC, tanks, pressurisation units.
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across heating and plant systems
- Responding to breakdowns and restoring services as quickly as possible
- Supporting small projects and plant upgrades
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with procedures
- Keeping accurate maintenance records and reports
What we’re looking for
- Experience working in plant rooms or similar environments
- Experience maintaining commercial mechanical systems
- Understanding of fault finding and repair on plant equipment
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Gas, Plumbing, or Mechanical discipline
