Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for providing exceptional service and support throughout their experience. You will utilise your mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to assist clients with their automotive needs, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs regarding vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs, ensuring customers understand the work required.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Maintain a clean and organised service area to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
- Mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
