At Steer Automotive Group, we're committed to delivering excellence in every customer interaction, embracing innovation, and operating with integrity. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our busy automotive repair centre in King's Lynn.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection.
Welcome customers in person and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach
Schedule repair appointments and manage vehicle bookings
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Coordinate with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure efficient communication
Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the repair centre
Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, or service advisor roles
Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Confident using computer systems and learning new software
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
