Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of your specialist market and become a subject matter expert
- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
- Conduct candidate interviews
- Work towards monthly targets
About You:
- Recent graduate – 2:1 or above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking nature
- Ambitious and career-driven
- Resilient and able to handle rejection
