Ongoing Flexible Temporary Work – 0 Hour Contract
Little Steps Staffing are an early years specialist agency committed to providing dedicated individuals to local nursery settings. We work with some of the largest names in the early years industry and are looking for enthusiastic, passionate candidates with at least 6 months' experience in the sector.
This is a temporary position offered on a 0-hour contract, ideal for candidates seeking flexibility and control over their work-life balance. You have the option to work as little as one full day per week, with nursery shifts operating between 8 AM and 6 PM. Both part-time and full-time weeks are available, depending on your availability and preferences.
Duties:
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities to promote learning and development
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
- Uphold the nursery’s values and ethos, fostering a positive learning atmosphere
- Provide leadership and support to other staff members
Requirements:
- Relevant childcare qualification and/or experience
- Willingness to travel to multiple locations within your local area
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
