Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking within target markets
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct effective negotiations to secure favourable terms and close sales deals
- Present product or service information clearly and persuasively to potential clients
- Manage a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using IT systems
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote the company’s offerings and expand professional networks
- Utilise excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet sales targets consistently
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or related roles with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings or events
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional attitude
- Effective time management skills to optimise productivity throughout the working day
