Family-owned since 1992, Brothers Drinks combines 14 generations of cider-making heritage with cutting-edge production. Based at our 40-acre site in Shepton Mallet, we operate one of the UK’s largest drinks production facilities, producing over 550 million units annually across six high-tech filling lines, including cans, bottles, PET, kegs, and bulk liquid.
We pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and integrity, supplying major retailers and global brands. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Process team and are looking for a dedicated individual to join us.
The Role
· Pick package and send out online shop orders as per company requirements
· Pick package and send out samples order as per internal requests
· Manage and order stock from the warehouse for the staff / online shop as and when required within company procedures
· Manage stock control systems including sales orders and stock transfers in a timely manner. Liasing with finance team to ensure all stock is accounted for through internal systems
· Pick, pack and manage dispatch of POS merchandise for festivals and trade shows in conjunction with logistics team.
· Complete stock takes across shop and POS warehouse in a timely manner - notifying line manager when stock is getting low so an order can be placed to replenish stock lines
Liaise with courier companies to arrange goods transportation to customers addresses.
· Attend Trade shows/ Festivals and Christmas Markets as and when required to setup and take down in a professional and polite manner
· Communicate delays or issues with orders to marketing team to ensure streamlined communication to customers
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties that the post holder will be required to undertake in the completion of their role.
You will possess the following skills: -
· ·Familiarity with stock control, inventory management, and warehouse procedures.
· Experience with order picking, packing, and dispatching of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
· Knowledge of operating forklifts or other material handling equipment (preferred but not mandatory).
· Prior experience working in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a similar setting like a factory shop or beverage outlet.
· Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience.
· Experience adhering to safety protocols in a warehouse environment, including safe lifting practices and handling hazardous materials.
· Familiarity with stocktaking, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting discrepancies.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
