We are looking for confident, energetic, and sales-driven Shot Sellers to join our team in leading clubs and bars. This role is all about engaging with guests on the venue floor to promote and upsell shots, drive revenue, and help create an unforgettable nightlife experience.
Ideal for people who thrive in busy social settings, love meeting new people, and are motivated by earning commissions based on performance. Candidates must be 18+.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Upselling
- Approach guests throughout the venue to promote and sell a variety of shots.
- Use persuasive techniques to encourage higher-volume purchases and repeat orders.
- Consistently achieve or exceed personal sales targets to maximize commissions.
- Customer Engagement
- Build rapport with guests and create a fun, lively atmosphere.
- Deliver friendly, professional service that encourages repeat business.
- Event Support
- Assist with promotions, themed nights, and special events to boost sales.
- Work closely with venue staff to ensure smooth service and resolve any guest queries.
- Presentation & Brand Image
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance.
- Represent the venue’s brand and uphold high standards of service.
Requirements
- Experience
- Previous experience in shot sales, promotions, or hostessing in bars or clubs is preferred but not essential.
- Skills & Attributes
- Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and reliable.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
