About the role:
As an IDVA you will develop and deliver confidential high-quality outreach and advocacy services support services to victims/survivors experiencing domestic violence and abuse at the highest risk levels living in the community.
You will work within a multi- agency framework which includes MARAC and local partnership responses to DA.
To work as part of a team, participating in the running of the project to ensure effective and efficient and confidential service delivery to Panahghar users.
You will manage a caseload, ensuring each woman receives the appropriate service individual to her needs.
To attend and contribute to MARAC’s (Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference) and other multi agency safeguarding forums and arrangements with regards to service users.
You will carry out regular risk assessment and safety planning with women and to promote women’s safety in multi-agency settings such as MARAC.
