Belmont Farm Nursery School is a truly unique, nature rich early years setting, offering daily animal contact and making nature a part of everyday life. We are passionate about staff and child wellbeing, using a genuine love based approach by management.
We are currently looking for qualified, caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our wonderful team across the following rooms:
- Baby Room (3 months to 1.5 years)
- Toddler Room (1.5 years to 2 years)
- Nursery Room (2 years to 3 years)
About the role
As a Nursery Practitioner at Belmont Farm Nursery School, you will:
- Uphold the highest standard of safeguarding to protect children, staff and visitors
- Provide loving, responsive care tailored to the needs of young children
- Act as a key worker, building strong and trusting relationships with children and families
- Role model the ethos and values of the nursery
- Support children’s learning through play, exploration and real-life experiences
- Embrace outdoor learning
- Work flexibly as part of a supportive team
What we are looking for
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (required)
- A kind, energetic and nurturing personality
- Experience as a key worker (preferred)
- Adaptable, flexible and team focused
- A genuine passion for early years and child wellbeing

Safeguarding & Requirements
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility at Belmont Farm Nursery School. All staff must complete annual safeguarding training and report concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Level 3 Early Years Certificate in Childcare
- Right to work in the UK
- Clear enhanced DBS
- Two references required (one from most recent role)
- English language proficiency
Role Details
- Full time, permanent
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts between 8am and 6pm
- All year round including all the half terms and school holidays
- Location: Mill Hill, London, NW7 1QT
