SEN Teaching Assistant – Ideal for Psychology Graduates
Location: North Manchester
Full-time £498 per week
Are you a Psychology graduate considering a career in Educational Psychology or working within SEND?
We are working with a supportive and well-regarded school in North Manchester looking to recruit a number of graduates to join their SEND team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience supporting pupils with additional needs, within a structured and well-supported environment.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils with special educational needs in the classroom
- Working closely with experienced teachers and SEND specialists
- Gaining practical experience across a range of needs and abilities
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (school hours)

We are looking for graduates who:
- Hold a degree (Psychology or related preferred)
- Have an interest in working with children and young people
- Are reliable, proactive, and keen to learn
- Have some experience (work or voluntary) with young people (desirable, not essential)
This is a particularly strong opportunity for graduates looking to build experience before progressing into Educational Psychology, teaching, or other SEND-related careers.
