*Job Overview*
As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations within the venue. Your leadership and supervisory skills will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the venue on your shifts.
As a taproom, a knowledge of beer or an interest in learning about it is essential. Due to the type of venue we are, we require people who are willing to go above and beyond for our guests and put them at the heart of everything you do.
As a Duty Manager you will be expected to be on a keyholder list as well as completing some administration tasks.
*Duties*
- Manage and coordinate daily operations
- Supervise team members and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure high standards of guest service are maintained
- Oversee food preparation and quality control
- Assist with bartending duties when required
- Handle guest queries and complaints effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Key holder responsibility
*Skills*
- Experience in hospitality supervision
- Strong team management and leadership abilities
- Proficient in supervising staff and delegating tasks efficiently
- Bartending skills
- Cellar operation knowledge

- Due to the requirement to run shifts, we regret that this role is only available to over 18s. This is due to licensing regulations.
- Must be able to commute to and from NE1 5EN area outside of public trasport times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £13.30 per hour
