Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including food production, serving, and food preparation.
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee training programmes to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels to optimise operational efficiency.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences, fostering a positive team environment.
- Organise staff meetings and training sessions to promote continuous improvement and team cohesion.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food production and presentation standards are met consistently.
Skills
- Proven management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and supervise diverse teams.
- Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations.
- Experience in serving, food preparation, and culinary arts is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations including inventory management and financial oversight.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with staff and guests alike.
- Knowledge of barista experience is a plus for managing beverage services efficiently.
- Passion for hospitality with a keen eye for detail and customer satisfaction.
