We’re recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join a specialist business working with premium high-end leather products. What you will be doing:
- Managing inboxes, prioritising daily tasks and workload planning
- Creating picks and labels for customer orders
- Supporting order picking, packing and fulfilment when needed
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate records
- Checking invoices and paperwork for accuracy
- Helping to create and improve processes and working instructions
- Supporting general warehouse administration and coordination
What we need from you:
- Experience in warehouse admin, operations, or fulfilment roles
- Confident use of email, IT systems, and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- DBS check is needed for this role
