We are now looking for a Deli Assistant to join our team!
Job Purpose
As part of the Deli and Catering team, you will be responsible for deli operations, food production for the deli, café, and onsite events, and delivering excellent customer service. You will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality food products
- Follow systems and processes to maintain standards
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Work as part of a small team to meet catering demands
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene
Experience
- Full training provided
- Food hygiene knowledge is beneficial (training available)
- Experience working in a small team
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role
This is a varied role supporting both the Farm Shop and onsite event catering. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn, with a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
