To join a leading contractor and working within their award winning building department and delivering residential construction projects.
ALL NI based!!
Duties include;
· Manage housing and commercial construction projects from start to completion
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
· Oversee project programmes, budgets, resources, and performance
· Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships
· Administer contracts, manage change control, and support dispute resolution
What we are looking for…
5 + years experience in a residential construction
Strong knowledge of JCT, NEC, PWC contracts, and project delivery.
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project (or similar), and AutoCAD.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
