SALES OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - SHROPHAM NR17 1DT
The Stuart Group is the UK’s largest stockist of new FG Wilson generators, also offering a wide range of used equipment from leading manufacturers such as Caterpillar, Cummins, and Perkins.
We're expanding the project side of our business and currently seeking a Sales Office Administrator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Sales Manager with providing estimates, quotations and tender bids to customer requirements including gathering of supporting documentation
- Procurement and allocation of materials to Engineering team on and off site
- Processing orders, invoicing and applications for payment using Sage software
- Tracking sales progress from quotation to invoicing
- Note: Task-specific training and ongoing support will be provided.
Skills & Experience Required:
Essential:
- Past sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- PC literate with competent use of Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
- Previous experience within generators, plant Machinery or engines
- Knowledge of Sage 200 and CRM for stock control and order processing.
Working Hours & Contract:
- Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30
