Football Coach (UEFA C Minimum)

Nutmeg East London FC is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Football Coach to lead one of our youth teams competing in the Echo League (East London/Essex).
This is a great opportunity for a coach who is passionate about player development, enjoys working in a positive environment, and wants to make a real impact both on and off the pitch.
The Role
You will take ownership of a youth team as a Team Manager, leading both training and matchday delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions (twice per week)
- Lead the team during Sunday fixtures
- Support players’ technical, tactical and personal development
- Communicate effectively with parents, club staff and league officials
- Create a positive, challenging and engaging environment
Requirements
- UEFA C Licence (minimum)
- At least 1 year of coaching experience
- FA Safeguarding Certificate
- FA First Aid Qualification
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passion for youth development
Pay & Schedule
- £25–£30 per hour
- Approx. 3–6 hours per week
- Training:
- Monday & Friday, 6:00pm – 7:30pm
- Weekend availability (matchdays)
