Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment, contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and supervisory tasks, who are committed to delivering high standards of service and safety.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance checks in two office units.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs as & when reported by management.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Assist with the installation of new equipment or upgrades to existing systems.
Collaborate with production teams to minimise disruption during maintenance activities.
Do weekly fire alarm checks, fire walks and maintain H&S and Fire files.
Maintain the H&S in the hotel.
Requirements
Past experience in similar maintenance roles is essential.
Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general maintenance tasks.
Ability to perform maintenance tasks independently while also supervising or leading a team when needed.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping.
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
