Aftersales Manager Role:
- You will be managing a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers
- Smooth and efficient running of the service department
- Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
- Drive customer service
- Monitoring KPIs
- Driving the team, support and training
Aftersales Manager Requirements:
- Must have at least 2+ years experience as a Service / Aftersales Manager
- Main dealership experience
- Strong Management & Interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence
