The Role
We are looking for a skilled chef with experience in a similar position, confident in preparing:
- Breakfast dishes
- Sandwiches and wraps
- Light lunch items such as salads
You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team, with the ability to maintain high standards during busy service periods.
The role requires flexibility with shifts, including early morning starts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a breakfast / brunch / café kitchen
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
