Marketing & E-commerce Manager (Part-Time) -Pet Industry
The Partick Pet Food Co. is an independent pet shop in Glasgow specialising in natural treats, raw feeding, pet health products and subscriptions.
We are also launching The Partick Groom Room, a new dog grooming salon based in Partick. We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing & E-commerce Manager to help grow both businesses.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of marketing activity and can demonstrate how their work generates enquiries, bookings and sales.
This is not simply a social media posting role.
We are looking for someone who can manage and coordinate marketing activity across social media, email marketing, Shopify and digital advertising to help grow our customer base locally and nationally.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media channels for The Partick Pet Food Co. and The Partick Groom Room
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Write captions, promotional copy and marketing campaigns
- Create and send email campaigns through Mailchimp
- Manage and improve Shopify marketing activity
- Help grow our subscription business
- Promote grooming services and generate new enquiries
- Run and monitor Meta advertising campaigns where appropriate
- Track and report on marketing performance
- Work with content supplied by the business, staff and groomers
Essential Skills
- Previous marketing experience
- Experience using Shopify
- Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
- Experience using Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
