About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you will be working in a room based role, you’ll play a key role in shaping a high-quality learning environments where children feel safe, curious, and inspired.
You’ll:
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Lead by example and mentor your team
- Help create engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYFS
- Step up to manage the nursery when required
About You
You might be the perfect fit if you:
- Have 2+ years nursery experience
- Are currently a Room Leader / Senior Practitioner / Team Leader
- Hold a Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
- Are passionate about children’s development and wellbeing
- Enjoy supporting and developing others
Location & Details
- Based in Woodley (easy access from Wokingham & Reading)
- On site parking available
- Monday to Friday- shift patterns available (full-time, permanent)
